William T. Hold seminars are one-day seminars designed specifically for individuals who have a concentrated role in customer service. The seminars offer topics that expand and support the CISR Program. They underpin the basics and dig into specific insurance areas that advance professional development.

Time

The webinar waiting room will open at 7:45am and start promptly at 8:00am.

Location

GoTo Webinar will be used. The link will be sent out a week before class begins and a reminder email will be sent 24 hours before the start of the webinar.
